We finished our ramp just on time. It was originally measured to be 24 ft but it turned out to be 36 ft. After a few added struggles, we got it finished!

Baby fix

I got my baby fix today! 5 weeks old and adorable. It was hard to focus on working with all of the cute kids running around and wanting to play!

Tonight we had the opportunity to focus in on peter. Peter is wild. Quick to speak, sometimes slow to listen. Jumps both feet in. Corrects Jesus puplically? Denies Christ. Then not only is forgiven but becomes one of the strongest leaders on the church. How can Jesus reframe your past. Change your present and lead you into your future. Lots of confession tonight. Parents. Please ask about it. We all could use some help after repentance.

The book.

I have been on a dozen mission trips and I am in awe of how teenagers (and) adults begin to notice how much we ignore our faith in our daily walk with Christ. I just listened to twenty guys share scripture insights, acknowledge the need for scripture and figure out ways to get into the word more often. 😀 revelation: we need to do better as a church to nurture these needs. Myself included.

Jesus Reframes Our Present

Tonight we studied the story of Jesus healing the blind man. The crowd asked who sinned this man or his parents. We then Baum to hear stories of complete devastation training into a life with Christ. Now we reflect on our own lives and different how Christ will utilize us in his divine plan.

Shag Dancing Awesomeness

We had an awesome time shag dancing today at South Carolina. I think everyone cut loose (footloose) today!

Side Trip Fun at the Lake

We got to go to the lake for five dollars to canoe swim and hang out. it's been a great day.

Both birthdays are from our youth group today! Happy birthday Lilly and Matt!!!

Last night we studied Matthew the disciple and how his life was impacted by a simple question. "Follow me". We were asked what God may be asking if you and how do you see him working in your life already. What is he asking if you?

Youth Group Devotions

Tonight we got to be together for youth group devotions. Kevin got to be there too. We even met our prayer partners for the week!!

Jesus reframed how we reach God.

Tonight we studied the parable of the lost coin. The group learned how God not only seeks us but that he seeks us because he knows we are valuable.
